    "I was surprised by the program. I expected the attorneys to talk down to me. Instead, It helped me see what I was dealing with. The chart of foreclosure time frames cleared up the mystery, and I could see just how much time I had to get it things caught up. That gave me some piece of mind, so I could sleep better. Since my situation was caused by an auto accident, I supplied medical receipts in my package as instructed. Very straight forward. Maybe it doesn’t help everyone, but it helped me get caught up.     "After I sent in the forms, I heard from my lender in just 3 days..Normally they take 2 weeks to just return a call......They granted the special forbearance. I was allowed to get the missed payments spread out over 18 months. I cancelled the appointment with the bankruptcy lawyer."

    "When I ordered the package, I originally thought the CD was a DVD. Naturally, it had no picture since it wasn’t a DVD. Oops. I followed along with the forms. FYI: It’s a good idea to make copies of the forms before you fill them in since the package only has one of each. If you mess up you’ll want to have a second one to fill in. Otherwise the program was good. My Mortgage company responded with a Loan Modification. They put the payments I was behind, into future payments. Relief and a fresh start. Maybe they should make it clearer that its not a DVD."

    "I was skeptical of the program even though it was recommended by a non-profit group. But since it was cheaper than what the consultants wanted and had a guarantee, I put it on my credit card. As a result, I was able to get my mortgage company to put the payments on the back of the loan. I was all caught up on my mortgage even before my visa bill arrived."

    "When I received the program I was a little confused by the manual at first. It made alot more sense when I played the CD and followed along. My mortgage company initially claimed they did not receive my paperwork. I pulled the tracking number from the 29 minutes airbill and then the mtg company located it. Imagine that! We finally worked out a modification, and the program helped me qualify, but I still had to haggle a bit to get the plan approved."
